可调旋流送风口在高架库空调系统的应用分析

摘　　要：高架库逐渐成为现代物流业的重要设施。针对卷烟厂具有温湿度精度要求的高架库,由于库内空间较高,存在温度梯度等特点,本文以芜湖卷烟厂辅料高架库为例,采用一种可调旋流送风口从高架库顶部送风、四周墙体底部回风的气流组织方案,从设计方案、计算模拟和实际运行效果进行了说明、论述和分析。High-bay warehouse has become an important facility in modern logistics system. Aiming at cigarette factory high-bay warehouse with precise temperature and humidity requirement, with some characteristics of higher warehouse space and temperature gradient, this article takes the accessory high-bay warehouse of Wuhu cigarette factory as an example, introduces an air distribution program by using an adjustable swirl diffuser to supply air from the top of high-bay warehouse and return air around the bottom of the walls. The scheme design, computational simulation and actual operating results are described, discussed and analyzed here.
