摘　　要：今年欧洲心脏病学会(ESC)发布的室性心律失常和心脏猝死的预防管理指南是对2006年欧洲和美国心脏病学会联合发布的该指南的更新,其中有诸多亮点。指南引入了一些最新的器械治疗技术,并扩大了植入式心脏除颤器(ICD)、心脏再同步化治疗(CRT)等治疗和预防室性心律失常和心脏猝死的适应证,对临床有一定的指导作用。The present European Society of Cardiology（ESC） Guidelines is a European update to the 2006European/American guidelines for the management of patients with ventricular arrhythmias（VA） and the prevention of sudden cardiac death（SCD）.There are many highlights.Guidelines introduce some of the latest treatment technology equipment,and expand the indications of implantable cardioverter defibrillator（ICD）,cardiac resynchronization therapy（CRT） and other equipment to treat ventricular arrhythmias and prevent sudden cardiac death.This guideline is helpful in our clinical practice.
