摘  要:肺动脉高压(pulmonary arterial hypertension,PAH)是一种进行性和致命性的疾病,其特征主要表现在肺动脉的收缩和血管的重构,随着疾病的发展,肺动脉血管管腔狭窄、血管阻力增加,以代偿增加的负荷和血管阻力,导致右心室结构和电生理重构,最终导致右心衰竭(心衰)和死亡。Fifty SD male rats were included into control group(n=10) and experimental group(n =40).The rats in experimental group were pre-placed in the moderate hypoxia environment in one week,and finally were put in oxygen concentration of 8%-9% for 16 days.The body weight were measured once every other days,cardiac structures were detected by echocardiography,pulmonary artery and right ventricular pressure were monitored at 4 th,8 th,12 th,16 th day respectively,the ultrastructural of the pulmonary artery was measured by electron microscopy.
