摘  要:研究了烟柴杆提取物在盐酸介质中对N80钢的缓蚀性能及其与碘化钾复配的协同效应。结果表明,烟柴杆提取物具有良好的缓蚀性能,与碘化钾复配后缓蚀性能进一步提高。电化学极化曲线表明,复配前后烟柴杆提取物均为混合型缓蚀剂,其作用机理为几何覆盖效应。对失重数据进行拟合,结果表明烟柴杆提取物与碘化钾复配后在N80钢表面的吸附服从Langmuir吸附等温方程。The corrosion i nhibition capacity of tobacco rob extract for N80 steel in hydrochloride solutions and its synergistic effect with potassium iodide are investigated. The results show that tobacco rob extract has excellent corrosion inhibition efficiency,and the inhibition efficiency increases further when tobacco rob extract combines with potassium iodide. From the electrochemical polarization curve,before and after the combination,the tobacco rob extract are both a kind of mixed-type corrosion inhibitor and the inhibition mechanism is geometric covering effect.By fitting the weight loss data,the result shows that after the combination of tobacco rob extract with potassium iodide,the adsorption on the surface of N80 steel obeys the Langmuir's adsorption isotherm equation.
