摘  要:结合某纺织厂印染废水水质特点及出水水质和回用水质要求,提出了水解酸化/接触氧化/气浮/过滤处理工艺。水解酸化/接触氧化工艺调试结果表明,当进水COD、BOD,和SS分别为1641—2540、325—370、358—500mg/L时,出水指标分别下降至140—210、10和25mg/L,色度由进水的500~1Ooo倍降为30~100倍,出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)的二级标准。再通过气浮/石英砂过滤/活性炭过滤工艺处理,出水COD和BOD;分别降至70—110mg/L和10mg/L以下,SS和色度分别降至0.5mg/L和35倍以下,可以实现部分回用。According to the quality characteristics of printing and dyeing wastewater from a textile mill and the requirements for the effluent quality and reuse water quality, a combined process of hydrolysis acidification, contact oxidation, air floatation and filtration was put forward. The commissioning results after hydrolysis acidification and contact oxidation showed that when the influent COD, BOD5, SS and color were 1 641 to 2 540 mg/L, 325 to 370 mg/L, 358 to 500 mg/L and 500 to 1 000 times respectively, the corresponding effluent indexes were 140 to 210 rag/L, 10 rag/L, 25 mg/L and 30 to 100 times respectively. The effluent quality could meet the second class criteria specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978 - 1996). After further' treatment by air floatation, quartz sand filter and activated carbon filter, the effluent COD, BODs, SS and color were reduced to 70 to 110 mg/ L, less than 10 mg/L, less than 0.5 mg/L and less than 35 times, and the reclaimed water could be partially reused.
