足底按摩、中药沐足及耳穴压豆对糖尿病失眠患者的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨足底按摩、中药沐足及耳穴压豆的中医护理模式对2型糖尿病中失眠者血糖及睡眠的质量指数影响。方法将2013年5月~2015年1月来我院住院治疗的2型糖尿病患者100例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例,对照组进行常规的改善睡眠和控制血糖等的护理,观察组是在此基础上配合中医护理的干预。15d后对两组患者的治疗前后睡眠质量指数评分及睡眠改善情况进行观察。结果观察组中有效率为94%,对照组总有效率为76%,对照组明显低于观察组,两组差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗结束后,观察组的患者睡眠质量指数的评分明显较对照组低,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论中医护理模式足底按摩、中药沐足和耳穴压豆对2型糖尿病失眠患者的睡眠质量指数及血糖改善情况疗效显著,能提高其生活质量。Objective To explore the influence of TCM nursing including foot bathing in herbal decoction, foot massage and bean-pressing on earacupointson blood glucose and PSQZ of type 2 diabetes patients with insomnia. Methods 100 patients coming to our hospital from may.2013 to Mar.2015 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, and 50 cases in each group. Conventional nursing of sleep improvement and blood glucose were applied to control group. On this basis, TCM nursing was combined to apply to observation group. After 15 days, observe the blood glucose and PSQZ of two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94 %, the control group was 76 %. The effective rate of observation group was apparently higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the PSQZ score of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of TCM nursing including foot bathing in herbal decoction, foot massage and bean-pressing on ear acupoints on blood glucose and PSQZ of type 2 diabetes patients with insomnia was significant. It could improve sleep quality and living quality.
