抗菌药物使用情况分析

摘　　要：目的对我院2012~2014年住院和门诊处方中抗菌药物的应用情况进行分析。方法采用回顾性方法,对我院住院及门诊处方中抗菌药物的使用百分率,平均使用天数,平均使用费用等进行统计分析。结果抗菌药物使用百分率中手术组平均为71.1%,非手术组平均为38.2%;抗菌药物平均使用天数手术组为（2.18±0.12）d,非手术组为（7.54±1.01）d;抗菌药物平均使用费用手术组为（421.57±100.58）元,非手术组为（760.79±112.32）元;2012~2014年间门诊抗菌素种类及口服用抗生素百分率无明显变化,但抗菌药物总使用率及静脉用抗生素百分率有下降趋势（P〈0.05）。结论我院抗菌药物各项基本指标均呈稳中下降趋势,和全国水平持平,抗菌药物使用情况基本合理,但手术组抗菌药物使用率偏高,这就要求我院继续加大对抗菌药物合理性使用的管理力度。Objective To analyze application of antibiotics in prescriptions of outpatients and inpatients in our hospital from 2012 to 2014. Methods Using percentage, average using days, average using costs and so on of antibiotics in prescriptions of outpatients and inpatients in our hospital were statistically analyzed according to retrospective method. Results Using percentages of antibiotics in the operation group and the non-operation group were 71.1% and 38.2% respectively. Average using days of antibiotics in the operation group and the non-operation group were（2.18±0.12） days and（7.54±1.01） days respectively. Average using costs of antibiotics in the operation group and the non-operation group were（421.57±100.58） RMB and（760.79±112.32） RMB respectively. Antibiotic types and percentage of oral antibiotics of outpatients from 2012 to 2014 had no significant changes. But the total using rate of antibiotics and the percentage of intravenous antibiotics in this period were decreased（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Each basic index of antibiotics in our hospital shows a tendency of steady decline, consistent with the national level. The antibiotic usage is basically reasonable but antibiotic usage rate of the operation group is high, which requires our hospital to continuously increase management intensity of reasonable usage of antibiotics.
