摘  要:目的探讨并比较单次激发快速自旋回波(SSFSE)序列和快速稳态进动采集(FIESTA)序列在胎儿MR成像中的临床应用价值。方法对28例胎儿行SSFSE和FIESTA扫描,观察并比较两种扫描序列下胎儿各主要脏器解剖结构的MR表现。结果 SSFSE和FIESTA均能清晰显示胎儿各主要脏器的解剖结构,SSFSE的对比度优于FIESTA,而FIESTA对于细微结构的显示有优势。结论SSFSE和FIESTA均能够清晰显示胎儿各脏器的解剖结构,两者各具优势,在临床应用中可根据需要进行选择。Objective To investigate and compare the effectiveness of clinical application of the single shot fast spin echo(SSFSE) sequence and the fast imaging employing steady state acquisition(FIESTA) sequence in fetal MR imaging. Methods Altogether 28 fetuses underwent SSFSE and FIESTA scanning. The anatomy of the fetal organs on the MR images of the two sequences were observed and compared. Results The anatomy of the fetal organs was displayed clearly with both sequences. The contrast of the SSFSE was better than that of FIESTA. In contrast, FIESTA had the advantage to display the fine structures. Conclusion Both SSFSE and FIESTA could display the anatomy of fetuses clearly. These two sequences should be selected accordingly in the clinical application.
