摘　　要：本文介绍了专用自充盈动脉采血器及普通注射器在结构和设计理念上的区别,详细分析了两种器材在临床使用方法上的差异,并对不同的抗凝剂对其多功能血气分析结果的影响进行了讨论,指出在条件允许的情况下应尽量使用专业的采血器具,以快速、准确地得到血气样本,把采血不当所引起的检测误差降到最小,同时减轻动脉采血对病人造成的不适。The distinction between the self-filling samplers and ordinary injectors were introduced in this paper from two perspectives, including the design idea and structure. The differences between the two apparatus in their clinical application were also analyzed in details. Then, it was recommended to use the professional blood collection apparatus if the condition permitted. Therefore, the blood-gas samples could be acquired in a rapid and accurate way, which minimized the error caused by improper blood sampling and reduced the inconvenience of arterial blood sampling for patients.
