摘　　要：本文通过比较一卡通有无预交金账户,以及预交金账户托管方式的优缺点,结合医院信息系统、医保接口等,探讨将一卡通预交金账户托管于银行的设计和应用。该系统的顺利实施不但提升了医院的信息化程度,同时也为患者提供了方便。Through comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of the all-in-one card with/without the pre-paid payment account as well as the trusteeship methods for the pre-paid payment account, this paper explored the design and application of an all-in-one card for pre-paid payment account that was managed by the bank, in combination of HIS（Hospital Information System） and the medical insurance interface. Smooth implementation of the system not only boosted the informatization of the hospital, but also offered great convenience for patients.
