摘  要:鉴于白垩系冻结井筒在开挖后,冻结壁会受砌筑井壁时混凝土产生的水化热影响导致局部升温或融化,而外层井壁也会受到冻结壁低温的作用,产生较高的井壁内外温差,对强度增长不利,且容易产生温度裂缝对井筒安全造成不利影响;运用ANSYS有限元数值分析软件,结合新庄煤矿风立井井筒白垩系地层的实际工况,对冻结法凿井冻结壁与井壁温度场相互作用变化规律进行有限元数值分析研究,并成功指导了工程实践。Given that the frozen wall of cretaceous freezing shaft after excavation will be affected by hydration heat generated by building wall concrete to lead to local heating or melting,and outer shaft wall will subject to freezing wall temperature and produce higher wall temperature difference between inside and outside,which is against strength increasing,and easy to produce temperature crack adverse effects on the shaft safety. In this paper,the use of ANSYS finite element numerical analysis software combined with the actual condition of Xinzhuang Coal Mine air shaft in Cretaceous strata,the shaft sinking frozen wall by freezing method and shaft lining temperature field interaction change rules were carried out finite element numerical analysis,which successfully guided the engineering practice.
