摘 要:针对某煤矿特厚煤层综放工作面临空开采回采巷道围岩变形严重的问题,运用理论分析、三维数值模拟和现场实测相结合的方法,分析了煤柱内预置卸压巷技术的基本原理。结合现场5106综放工作面进风巷的实际情况,提出了采用煤柱内预置卸压巷动压治理技术,确定了卸压巷在护巷煤柱中距离进风巷距离可选择29 m左右,相当于卸压巷与采空区之间留设5-9 m左右的窄煤柱,巷道围岩变形量较小,从而有利于特厚煤层的安全高效回采。Based on the problem of surrounding rock deformation of roadway at fully- mechanized mining face of adjacent goaf of extra- thick coal seam at a coal mine,the basic principle of presetting pressure- relief roadway in coal pillar,the 5106 working face and roadway was analyzed by adopting the method of combining the theory analysis,three- dimensional numerical simulation and the test of practice. This paper combined the practice of the intake airflow roadway of the 5106 working- face,then the technology of dynamic pressure control of pressure- relief roadway in coal pillar was introduced,and when the pressure- relief roadway is away from the intake airflow roadway 29 m in coal pillar,and this is equivalent to narrow coal pillar of 5 m to 9 m between unloading lane and goaf,the roadway roof deformation is small,which is benefit to the safe and high- efficient mining of thin coal seam.
