摘  要:为研究大倾角走向长壁综放工作面在不同放煤顺序时的顶煤放出率,通过理论分析研究工作面倾角及放煤顺序对顶煤的运移和放出规律的影响,并且采用PFC2D颗粒流数值模拟软件对新疆兵团农四师71团煤矿大倾角走向长壁综放开采工作面进行模拟,统计出工作面在不同倾角及不同放煤顺序时顶煤的放出率。研究结果表明:采用上行式放煤时,顶煤放出率随工作面倾角增加呈增加趋势,而采用下行式放煤时,顶煤放出率呈减小趋势。随着工作面倾角的增大,上行式放煤的优势变得更加明显。在工作面现场应用中,上行式放煤取得了良好的顶煤回收效果。In order to study the top coal caving rate in big dip angle long wall full- mechanized caving faces along strike under different caving order conditions,this paper analyzed the influence of working face's dip angle and caving order on top coal's movement and caving. With PFC2 Dsoftware,this paper simulated the big dip angle long wall full- mechanized caving face along strike in coal mine of the Fourth Agricultural Division 71 Regiment of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps and counted the top coal caving rate of the working faces under the different dip angle and different caving order conditions. The results showed that when we used upward caving order,the top coal caving rate increased with the increase of working face's dip angle,while this trend was the opposite when we used downward caving order. With the increase of working face's dip angle,the advantage of top coal caving rate under upward caving order became more obvious. In the application of actual mining,using the upward caving order obtained good top coal recovery effect.
