摘 要:实际生产中多采用平立交替的轧制方法来控制热轧产品宽度。在立轧过程中,由于轧件的宽厚比大,变形主要集中在板坯边部,形成狗骨形状。本文介绍了狗骨形状产生的原因,以及国内外学者对狗骨形状模型的实验和理论研究现状;概括了压下率、立辊直径和板坯厚度对狗骨形状的影响规律,并对立轧狗骨形状的进一步研究进行了展望。The vertical-horizontal rolling method was usually used to control the hot rolled products width in actual production. In vertical rolling,the deformation of slab was mainly restricted in a small zone on the edge because of the high ratio of width to thickness, and then the dog-bone shape., was formed. The reason of dog-bone shape formation and the current research of dog- bone model in experiment and theory by the scholars at home and abroad were introduced in this paper. Effect rules of reduction, roll diameter and slab thickness on dog--bone shape were summarized. Prospect of dog-bone further research was also analyzed.
