摘　　要：由于部分使用单位管理不到位和维保单位检修不认真,会造成电梯正常使用中发生故障,在电梯检验时出现故障也时有发生,本文介绍一电梯消防功能检验时因为安全触板轻微变形导致失效的案例,并对故障产生的原因进行分析及提出防范建议措施。The lack of management in some owner and halfhearted maintenance of some maintenance unit can cause the malfunction of the elevator in both the normal use and the elevator inspection. This article introduces a failure case caused by slight deformation of safety shoe in elevator fire function test, analyzes the causes of failure, and gives some prevent measures suggestions.
