国家层面私人档案信息资源建设的思考

摘　　要：本文阐述了私人档案信息资源的概念,从法律上分析了作为社会主体的人是国家档案信息资源的构成者,私人档案信息资源是国家档案资源的重要组成部分。文章指出在国家档案信息资源建设中缺少作为社会主体的人形成的档案信息资源的建设,国家档案信息资源将是不完整的。新时期新阶段,国家层面开展私人档案信息资源建设是法律赋予档案部门义不容辞的使命和责任。This paper expounds the concept of private archives information resources,based on the legal analysis indiudual to the main body of social people,so private archives information resources is an important part of national archives information resources,This article points out that in the national archives information resources construction,the national archives information resources will be incomplete.it lack of private archive information resources In the new stage in the new period,constracting private archives information resources is the bounden duty of law giving archives departments.
