摘　　要：基于国内外档案社会化媒体信息现状分析,研讨大数据背景下进行发掘既是档案信息化建设中的战略性步骤,也是其有效建设与利用的必然选择。当前有两项工作值得深究:一是借鉴文件管理体系国际标准和开放档案信息系统参考模型,顶层设计档案社会化媒体整合系统的框架,规范整合过程中的档案信息组织、开发和利用路径;二是以多种档案社会化媒体信息的异源数据作为分析源,对各内容进行深度挖掘,并利用改进的网络分析法和可视化工具加以揭示,从整合对象、方法和利用形式等构建档案新型资源的整合机制。Based on the analysis of the status of domestic and foreign archives information on social media,the discussion of excavation under the background of big data is both the strategic steps of archives informatization construction and inevitable choice of its effective development and utilization. Now there are two work to be worth studied,one is referring to the file management system of international standards and open archival information system reference model,top-level design archives social media integration system framework,normative archives information organization,development and utilization path in the process of integration; the second is taking heterologous data in a variety of archival information on social media as a source analysis,depth excavation of the content,and using the improvement of network analysis and visualization tools to be revealed,and from the integration of the object,methods and utilization form to construct new archival resources integration mechanism.
