摘 要:目的探讨转化糖电解质注射液对围术期手术患者电解质及血糖水平的影响。方法选取择期手术患者165例,随机分为A、B、C 3组,A组54例,B组55例,C组56例,术中分别静脉滴注10%转化糖电解质、10%葡萄糖、乳酸钠林格注射液,观察各组开放静脉通道前(T0)、滴注结束5 min(T1)、滴注结束1 h(T2)、滴注结束2 h(T3)时刻血糖、血乳酸(Lac)、p H、电解质(Na+,Cl-,K+,Ca2+)水平。结果 3组不同时刻Lac水平、p H值,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A、B 2组在T1时刻血糖值最高(P<0.01),之后随时间延长而递减(P<0.05,P<0.01);C组各时刻血糖无显著差异(P>0.05);在各时刻B组血糖高于A组,A组高于C组(P<0.01)。A、B组血Na+,Cl-,Ca2+浓度在不同时刻差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);B组血K+浓度在T1、T2、T3时刻均较T0时刻降低(P<0.05,P<0.01);C组Na+,Cl-,K+,Ca2+浓度T1、T2时刻均有升高,且高于A、B 2组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论对手术患者围术期给予转化糖电解质注射液补液能够持久、稳定供能,并维持电解质和酸碱平衡。Objective To explore the influence of invert sugar and electrolytes injection on electrolyte and glucose levels in peri- operative patients. Methods A total of 165 patients undergoing surgery in selective days were randomly divided into groups A( 54 cases) intravenously treated with10% invert sugar and electrolytes,B( 55 cases) with 10% glucose injection and C( 56 cases) with Sodium Lactate Ringer's Injection. Levels of blood glucose,blood lactic acid( Lac),p H,electrolytes( Na+,Cl-,K+and Ca2 +) before the open of venous access( T0),5 min after injection( T1),1 h after injection( T2) and 2 h after injection( T3) in all groups were observed. Results There was no significant difference among 3 groups in Lac level and p H value( P〈0. 05). Blood glucose was the highest in groups A and B at T1( P〈0. 01),which decreased along with time( P〈0. 05,P〈0. 01).There was no significant difference in blood glucose level at each time points( P〈0. 05). Blood glucose level was the highest in group B,and the lowest in group C at each time point( P〈0. 01). There was no significant difference between groups A and B in concentrations of Na+,Cl-and Ca2 +at each time point( P〈0. 05). Blood concentration of K+was evidently lower at T1,T2 and T3than at T0 in group B( P〈0. 05,P〈0. 01),while the concentrations of Na+,Cl-,K+and Ca2 +increased markedly at T1 and T2point in group C,which were significantly higher than those in groups A and B( P〈0. 05,P〈0. 01). Conclusion Application of Invert Sugar and Electrolytes Injection can persistently and stably provide energy and maintain electrolytes and acid- base balance in peri- operative patients.
