广东省县级妇幼机构实验室艾滋病和梅毒检测服务能力分析

摘　　要：目的分析广东省县级妇幼机构实验室艾滋病和梅毒检测服务能力,为提高广东省预防艾滋病和梅毒母婴传播实验室检测能力提供政策依据。方法采用调查问卷收集广东省县级妇幼机构实验室检测服务能力资料,包括实验室资质和检测方法。问卷资料采用Epi Data3.0进行盲法双录入后,采用Excel进行数据整理和分析。结果广东省县级妇幼机构中,有HIV初筛实验室资质的比例为90%,有梅毒检测实验室资质的比例为81%;在有HIV初筛检测实验室中,64%能够提供酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)和快速检测两种检测方法;在有梅毒检测资质的实验室中,60%能够开展两种方法学的梅毒检测,绝大多数以甲苯胺红不加热血清试验(TRUST)检测方法作为首选的梅毒检测方法,而开展非梅毒螺旋体定量检测的实验室所占比例相对较低,开展快速血浆反应素卡片试验(RPR)定量的占15%,开展TRUST定量的占57%。结论县级妇幼机构实验室艾滋病和梅毒的检测服务能力还有待提高,建议加强县级妇幼机构实验室能力建设,提高艾滋病和梅毒的检测服务水平。Objective To analyze the service capability of HIV and syphilis testing in county laboratories in maternal and child hospitals,to provide a policy basis for improving the testing capability on i PMTCT program in Guangdong province. Methods Questionnaires were used to investigate the testing capability of HIV and syphilis in county laboratories in maternal and child hospitals,and Epi Data3. 0 was employed with double blind entry to collect the questionnaire information,Excel was used for data handling and analyzing. Results The proportion of HIV screening laboratories in county maternal and child hospitals was 90%,and the proportion of syphilis screening laboratories was 81%; There were 64% laboratories in that 90% laboratories can provide both enzyme-linked immune-sorbent assay（ ELISA） and rapid detection,60% laboratories in that 90% laboratories can carry two kinds of methods to test syphilis,and most qualified syphilis testing laboratories use toludine red unheated serum test（ TRUST） as the preferred method,however,the proportion of the laboratories carry out the treponema pallidum quantitative detection was not so high. Conclusion The testing service capability of laboratories in county maternal and child hospitals in Guangdong province was insufficient. It was suggested that the service capability of laboratories in county maternal and child hospitals should be strengthened to improve the level of HIV and syphilis testing service.
