摘　　要：社会主义核心价值是社会主义意识形态的基本标志,既是马克思主义理论的产物,又是社会主义实践的结晶。其当下表述无疑具有十分重要的现实意义,而为了"加快构建充分反映中国特色、民族特性、时代特征的价值体系",需要从理论与实践相统一角度认识社会主义核心价值观,其逻辑展开可以区别为三个方面:从内涵上讲既是理论又是实践,从外延上讲既是人类整体又是中华民族,从整体上既是客观定在又是历史生成。The socialist core value is the basic symbol of socialist ideology,which is not only the product of Marxist theory,but also the crystallization of socialist practice.It is undoubtedly of great practical significance in the present,and in order to ＂accelerate the construction of the value system which fully reflects the Chinese characteristics,national characteristics and the characteristics of the times＂,it needs to understand the socialist core values from the perspective of theory and practice,its logical expansion can be different from three aspects：from the connotation of both theory and practice,from the extension of both the humanity as a whole and the Chinese nation,from the whole is both objective existence and historical generation.
