摘　　要：随着人类社会对健康需求的日益提高和科学认知水平的不断深入,中药的合理应用以及安全性和有效性问题受到社会的广泛关注。随着以"十八反"为代表的中药配伍禁忌研究逐渐深入,对中药配伍禁忌物质基础的认知达到新的水平。本文基于中医配伍理论体系中的代表性禁忌配伍药组为研究对象,通过构建毒效生物学评价相关联、配伍毒性效应物质相兼顾、体外-体内药物相互作用评价相结合和药味配伍-成分协同分层次递进研究等中药配伍禁忌复杂毒效物质相互作用的适宜研究方法和技术体系,形成了以反药组合-毒效物质-量毒效关系-体内外转化与代谢特征相互关联的中药配伍禁忌复杂毒效物质研究思路,为中药配伍禁忌现代研究提供了有益的参考和借鉴。Along with the increasing demand for better health and the improvement of the modern cognitive level, the safety and incompatibility of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） attract more attention. Our understandin,g of the chemical essence of TCM incompatibility has reached a new level based on continuous development of TCM incompatibility research. Based on theories of TCM incompatibility, this paper summarized research methods and latest progress in pharmaco-toxic components interaction in vivo and vitro for TCM incompatibility and proposed some research strategies of complicated pharmaco-toxic components for TCM incompatibility, such as a correlating pharmacology with toxicity, taking into account toxic and pharmacological components, integrating chemical variations in vitro with interactions in vivo, and a progressive study ranging from herbs compatibility to herbal component compatibility. I1： is hoped that this paper will provide research ideas and methodology in order to shed light on TCM incompatibility.
