摘 要:采用交流阻抗谱检测腐蚀电流密度并判断钢筋腐蚀开始的时间,研究了矿物掺合料和钢筋种类对混凝土中引起钢筋锈蚀的临界氯离子浓度的影响规律,探讨了钢筋腐蚀过程中交流阻抗谱的变化以及矿物掺合料对混凝土渗透性能的影响。研究结果表明:在固定水胶比和胶凝材料用量的情况下,掺入矿物掺合料对临界氯离子浓度有较大的影响;细晶粒钢筋试件的临界氯离子浓度低于同条件下普通碳钢试件的临界氯离子浓度。钢筋在腐蚀过程中阻抗谱的低频区弧线半径逐渐减小;掺入矿物掺合料后,基体的抗渗性能得到很大改善。The influence of mineral admixture and types of steel on the threshold chloride level were investigated. The time for steel de- passivation was determined by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.The change of the electrochemical impedance spectroscopy dur- ing corrosion of steel and the influence of mineral admixtures on impermeability were examined.The results show that for concrete with constant water- binder ratio and binder content, the threshold chloride levels are greatly influenced by mineral admixtures. The chloride threshold levels of hot rolled bars of fine grains specimen are lower than ordinary carbon steel.The radiuses of the low frequency domain gradually decrease during corrosion of steel.The impermeability of mortar matrix is improved when mineral admixtures are added.
