摘  要:针对普通水泥混凝土韧性及耐磨性较差的问题,采用钢纤维和丁苯乳液对其进行了改性,并对改性混凝土的韧性及耐磨性进行了研究。结果表明:单掺钢纤维(20~50 kg/m^3)或丁苯乳液(70~90 kg/m^3)均能改善其弯曲韧性、抗冲击性能及耐磨性,且随着掺量的增加呈现上升趋势;钢纤维、聚合物复掺时,其柔韧性及耐磨性会得到进一步改善,且改善效果明显好于单掺效果;另外,探讨了钢纤维及聚合物乳液对混凝土的复合改性机理。Steel fiber and styrene -- butadiene rubber latex were filled into concrete to solve the problem of the poor toughness and abra- sion resistance of Portland cement concrete.Experiments were done to study the toughness and abrasion resistance of the modified con- crete. The results showed that either addition of steel fiber(20 - 50 kg/m3 ) or syrene - butadiene latex ( 70 - 90 kg/m3 ) could improve the flexural toughness,impact resistance and abrasion resistance, and the more content of fiber or polymer emulsion, the better effect would be got. Those performance could be further improved when fiber - polymer complex - doped, and were better than single - doped. In ad- dition, mechanism of improving toughness of concrete by addition of steel fiber and polymer emulsion was analyzed.
