摘  要:为了进一步改善修补砂浆的性能,用可分散胶粉(乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物)对修补砂浆进行了改性研究。结果表明:粉料比从0增加到2%时,修补砂浆的抗折强度、抗拉黏结强度得以提高,其中,抗折强度增加了10.23%,抗拉黏结强度增加了10.82%(水养)和12.5%(标养),同时,体积稳定性和耐久性也得到了改善;在试验范围内,抗压强度降低了9.7%,而浆体的初始流动度和30 min流动度随胶粉添加量的增加呈现先增加后降低的趋势,在粉料比为0.5%时流动效果最好。To further improve the performance of repair mortar, scattered powder( ethylene -vinyl acetate copolymer)was used in the study of the modification of repair mortar.The result shows that the repair mortar flexural strength, tensile bond strength are improved when increased the dosage of power from 0 to 2%, the flexural strength increased by 10.23%, and the tensile bond strength increased by 10.82% (raise in water)and 12.5% (raise in the standard environment)respectively, the volume stability and durability are also improved at the same time. In the test, the compressive strength is reduced by 9.7%, while the initial fluidity of cement paste and fluidity of 30 rain firstly increased and then decreased with the increase of the powder adding quantity, and the best liquidity effect is at 0.5% powder ratio.
