摘  要:采用正交试验研究了胶凝材料用量、矿渣掺量、振动时间3个因素对再生混凝土路面砖力学性能与吸水率的影响,用总功效系数法对配合比与成型工艺进行优化。结果表明:胶凝材料用量对再生混凝土路面砖力学性能影响最大,矿渣掺量次之,振动时间最弱;胶凝材料用量提高,强度增加,吸水率下降;矿渣掺量增大,其强度降低;振动时间延长,吸水率减小,力学性能变化不显著。用总功效系数法得出的最优方案,可制备出满足GB 28635—2012要求的再生混凝土路面砖。Orthogonal test was utilized to research the influences of three factors on mechanical properties and water absorption of recy- cled concrete pavement bricks, which were cementitious material content, slag content and vibration time. The mixture ratio and mould- ing process were optimized using the general efficacy coefficient method. The results show that cementitious material content affected mechanical properties of recycled concrete road bricks most, then slag content, vibration time. The increasing of cementitious material content strengthened mechanical properties and reduced water absorption. The augment of slag content deteriorated mechanical proper- ties.Vibration time had no significant influence on its compressive and flexural strengths.Water absorption was decreased with extension of vibration time.The recycled concrete pavement bricks from optimal scheme obtained from general efficacy coefficient method could meet the quality requirements of GB 28635--2012 in terms of Chinese standard.
