摘 要:利用已公布的陆地棉(Gossypium hirsutum)叶绿体基因组全序列测序结果,应用生物信息学软件对其叶绿体微卫星的分布规律进行了全面分析。结果发现,陆地棉叶绿体基因组上共有72个微卫星,主要分布于大单拷贝区和小单拷贝区,且以单碱基微卫星为主,占总数的76.4%;二碱基微卫星占总数的20.8%;三碱基微卫星占总数的2.8%。在单碱基微卫星中,又以A/T重复为主,二者共占单碱基微卫星的92.7%。单碱基微卫星的重复次数以10~12次为主,二碱基微卫星的重复次数以5~6次为主。本研究结果为开发棉属植物叶绿体通用引物提供了理论依据。The distribution of chloroplast microsatellites in the chloroplast complete sequence of Gossypium hirsutum was analyzed with bioinformatics software. The results showed that the chloroplast microsatellites of G. hirsutum were mainly distributed in the large single-copy region and the small single-copy region, and most microsatellites were complete repeats. Mononucleotide repeat motifs, dinucleotide repeat motifs and trinucleotide repeat motifs accounted for 76.4%, 20.8% and 2.8% of the total, respectively. Repeats A and T were the main base in the mononucleotide motif, accounting for 92.7% of the total. The most common repeat number of(A)nand(T)nwas 10 and 11, respectively, and the repeat number of the dinucleotide repeat motif was5 or 6. These results are available for use in developing general primers from chloroplast DNA in Gossypium.
