Thermal Storage and Release Performance of Stearic Acid/Expanded Graphite Composite Phase Change Heat Storage Material

摘  要:为提高太阳能干燥系统的能源利用效率,制备了适宜木材太阳能干燥用的硬脂酸/膨胀石墨复合相变储热材料。利用差示扫描量热分析仪(DSC)和温度巡检仪对复合相变储热材料的热性能进行了研究,并在相同加热时间的条件下,探究了储热单元对储热水箱温度变化的影响。实验结果表明:含10%膨胀石墨的复合材料具有良好的封装效果;其融化潜热为169.90 J/g,凝固潜热为166.10 J/g;膨胀石墨的添加有效地提高了复合材料的储/放热效率;储热单元的添加对储热水箱水温的变化影响显著,在潜热放热阶段能够提供大量热量,减缓水温下降速率。Stearic acid( SA) / expanded graphite( EG) composite phase change material( PCM) for wood solar drying was prepared to improve the utilization of solar energy. The thermal performance of PCM was tested using differential scanning calorimeters and temperature data logging device. The effect of heat storage unit on the temperature of the storage tank was tested under the same heating time. PCM composites with 10% EG were well encapsulated,and the melting and freezing latent heats of PCM were 169.90 and 166.10 J / g,respectively. The heat transfer efficiency of heat storage and heat retrieval can be improved with the addition of EG. The addition of heat storage unit has a remarkable effect on the water temperature of the storage tank,and can provide a lot of heat in the latent heat release stage,slowing down the rate of the decreasing in water temperature.
