摘 要:通过有限元分析和试验,采用冲击回波方法替代传统超声波测试水工混凝土试件P波波速,以此来确定弹性波波速与混凝土强度之间的相关关系,建立工程弹性波专用评价曲线。结论表明钢球与混凝土敲击接触时间50~400μs范围内冲击回波测试结果不受影响,100~200μs范围内频谱图卓越频率识别效果最佳;150 mm立方体和100×100 mm(或150×150 mm)芯样试件"视P波波速"分别为三维P波波速的86.4%和90.0%。经试验验证,立方体试件与圆柱体试件"视P波波速"的比值为0.905,与理论分析值0.911非常接近。Through finite element analysis and the relevant experiment,the impact-echo method is adopted to replace the conventional ultrasonic method for the testing made on P-wave velocity through the hydraulic concrete specimen,so as to determine the correlation between both the elastic wave velocity and the concrete strength,and then establish the evaluation curve that is specially used for the engineering elastic wave. The conclusion shows that if the time of the knocking contact between the steel ball for the testing and concrete is within the range of 50 ~ 400 μs,the impact-echo testing result is not affected,and that the effect of the identification on the dominant frequency of the spectrum map is the best. For the concrete cube of 150 mm and core sample of 100 × 100 mm,their apparent P-wave velocities are 86. 4% and 90. 0% of the 3- D P-wave velocity respectively.The relevant experiment demonstrates that the ratio between the apparent P-wave velocities of both the concrete cube and the core sample is 0. 905 and is quite close to the theoretical analysis value.
