摘  要:接触电阻是衡量触点材料产品质量的重要参数,也是评价电器产品电接触性能的考核指标。为提高触点材料接触电阻的精密测量技术,并合理解释接触电阻与接触压力的对应关系,以带有镀金层的球形压头与平面铆钉触点构成的接触对为对象,建立其有限元模型,获得并比较了银钯合金和不锈钢基体材质的电流场分布规律,进而确定了接触压力和接触电阻的关系。分析得出接触电阻测量结果中除收缩电阻外,还包括过渡电阻和体电阻,且接触电阻的不同成分与接触压力的对应关系各异。Contact resistance electrotechnical products. To is an important evaluation parameter for both contact materials and improve the precision measurement for contact materials and reasonably interpret the relationship technology of contact resistance between contact resistance and contact force, we built the finite element modeling (FEM) model of sphere indenter with gold coating and fiat rivet, and then compared the current distribution of Ag-Pd alloy and stainless steel substrate material. So, the subsequent relationship between contact resistance and contact force is determined. The results show that the contact resistance includes not only constriction resis- tance, but also transition region resistance of gold coating and bulk region resistance of the substrate. The corresponding relationships between the each components of contact resistance and contact force are different.
