摘 要:以巴基斯坦N-J水电站工程为例,介绍了一种压力钢管洞内运输专用台车的设计及应用技术。首先选用液压马达作为动力装置进行驱动,求得运输台车的运行阻力和所需的驱动功率;接着对其结构形式进行了详细阐述,并对其中的关键受力部件进行有限元分析,结果表明其刚度和强度均满足施工要求;最后对该运输台车的技术特征和运载工序进行分析研究。该运输台车占用空间小,调整功能可靠,可大大提高施工效率,节约项目成本,可为类似工程提供借鉴。By taking N - J Hydropower Station Project in Pakistan as the study case, the design and application of a trolley special for the in-tunnel transportation of penstock is introduced herein. The running resistance and its required driving power of the transport trolley is firstly obtained by choosing hydraulic motor as the power unit for driving; and then, the structure form of the transport trolley is elaborated in detail and a finite element analysis is made on the key parts thereinto, from which the result shows that the stiffness and strength of those parts can meet the construction requirement concerned ; finally, the technical char- acteristics and delivery process of transport trolley are analyzed and studied. The transport trolley occupies a smaller space and the adjusting function is reliable, thus can largely enhance the construction efficiency and save the project cost, and then can provide a reference for the similar project as well.
