大型钢管智能化组焊专机在黄金坪水电站压力钢管现场安装中的应用

摘　　要：通过大型钢管智能化组焊专机(ZH120型)在黄金坪左岸水电站隧洞内压力钢管的组装、焊接过程,探讨了如何结合现场地下厂房施工环境,制定切实可行的组装、焊接工艺以保证现场压力钢管的顺利安装。大型钢管智能化组焊专机在黄金坪水电站的应用,把大量辅助工程转变为机械制造工程,把劳动密集型施工转变为技术密集型施工,减小了隧洞开挖尺寸、减少了运输成本,其应用成果可供其他类似工程参考。Through the processes of the assembly and welding of the penstock inside of the tunnel at left bank of Huangjinping Hydropower Station with a large-sized steel pipe intelligentized assembly welding machine（ type ZH120）, how to make a feasible assembly and welding procedure in combination with the in situ construction environment of the underground powerhouse for ensu- ring the smooth installation of the penstock in site is discussed herein. The application of the large-sized steel pipe intelligentized assembly welding machine to the construction of Huangjinping Hydropower Station converts a large amount of subsidiary works in- to machinery manufactures, i. e. converting the labor-intensive constructions into the technology-intensive construction, thus reduces both the excavation volume and the relevant transportation cost, and then the application achievement can provides a reference for the other similar project.
