麝香保心丸联合曲美他嗪治疗老年缺血性心肌病心力衰竭疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:在常规治疗的基础上,分析缺血性心肌病心力衰竭的老年患者采用麝香保心丸联合曲美他嗪治疗的临床价值。方法:选择2012年11月至2014年11月期间,在我院就诊的60例老年缺血性心肌病心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例,在常规治疗的基础上,两组患者均给予曲美他嗪治疗,观察组在上述基础上增加麝香保心丸联合治疗,比较两组患者的心功能改善情况。结果:观察组总有效率为86.67%,对照组为66.67%,观察组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异P<0.05。治疗后,观察组LVEF、LVEDD、LVESD与对照组比较,差异显著P<0.05。治疗后,在BNP、NT-pro BNP、hs-CRP指标方面,观察组指标水平显著低于对照组,组间差异(P<0.05)。结论:缺血性心肌病心力衰竭的老年患者采用麝香保心丸联合曲美他嗪治疗,临床疗效显著,可以推广使用该用药模式。Objective： Analyzing the clinical value of using Shexiang Baoxin Pill combined with Trimetazidine dihydrochloride in the treatment of elderly patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy and heart failure on the basis of conventional treatment.Methods： Choosing to November 2012 to November 2014,60 cases in our hospital heart failure patients with senile ischemic cardiomyopathy merger as the research objects,were randomly divided into controlled group and observation group,30 cases each. On the basis of conventional therapy two groups of patients were given Trimetazidine dihydrochloride treatment,the observation group was received Shexiang Baoxin Pill combination treatment,compared cardiac function improvement of the two groups. Results： The total effective rate of the observation group was 86. 67%,the controlled group was 66. 67%,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the controlled group（ P 〈0. 05）. After treatment,LVEF and LVEDD,LVESD of the observation group was significant difference（ P 〈0. 05） compared with the controlled group,after treatment,the BNP,NT-pro BNP,hs- CRP indicators of the observation group were significantly lower than the controlled group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The clinical curative effect is distinct,should widely push in clinical application.
