清肺降气平喘汤治疗慢性肺源性心脏病急性发作期(痰热壅肺证)临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察清肺降气平喘汤治疗慢性肺源性心脏病急性发作期(痰热壅肺证)的临床疗效。方法:观察慢性肺源性心脏病急性发作期住院的患者46例,随机分为试验组与对照组,对照组患者给予西药常规治疗,试验组在西医常规治疗的基础上给予口服清肺降气平喘中药。结果:试验组患者的临床总有效率明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。试验组与对照组心功能疗效及咳嗽、胸闷等主要症状改善比较(P<0.01),具有非常显著统计学意义,说明试验组改善心功能及症状疗效优于对照组。结论:清肺降气平喘汤联合西医常规治疗对慢性肺心病患者急性发作期痰热壅肺证具有较好的疗效,其中改善心功能及一些主要症状更优于西医常规治疗。Objective： Observing the clinical effect of Qingfei Jiangqi Pingchuan Decoction for the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease（ Phlegm- heat obstructing lung syndrome） during acute attack,which was based on the routine treatment of western medicine. Methods： There were 46 patients of chronic pulmonary heart disease during acute attack,who were randomly and equally divided into experimental group and controlled group. The controlled group were offered routine treatment of western medicine,and the experimental group were given the Chinese medicine of Qingfei Jiangqi Pingchuan. Results： The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than the controlled group（ P 〈0. 05）,which had statistical significance. The curative effect in heart function of the experimental group was better than the controlled group（ P 〈0. 01）,which had notable statistical significance in improving the heart function and the main symptoms of cough and chest tightness and so on. Conclusion： It has good curative effect for the patients of chronic pulmonary heart disease during acute attack（ phlegm- heat obstructing lung syndrome） by using Qingfei Jiangqi Pingchuan Decoction,combined with western medicine,especially the improvement of heart function and some of the main symptoms,is better than routine treatment of western medicine.
