摘  要:以云南地区生产的预氧化渣为原料,采用深度还原-高压酸浸的新方法,制备高品位富钛料,探讨气氛、时间、温度、冷却体系对还原结果的影响。试验结果表明,在通入空气流量700 L/h、温度1 000℃、还原时间2.5 h、降温冷却速度5℃/h条件下,进行预氧化渣的还原,则铁氧化物的还原率较高,渣物相局部结构破坏,杂质浸出率明显提高,能够制备满足氯化法钛白生产的富钛料。A new method of deep-reduction and high pressure acid leaching was introduced to prepare rich titanium material with the pre-oxidized titanium slag from Yunnan as raw material, and the effects of atmosphere, temperature, time and cooling system on the reduction were discussed. The results show that with 700 L/h of air flow rate, 1 000℃of temperature for 2.5 h and 5 ℃/h of cooling rate for the reduc- tion of pre-oxidized titanium slag, a relatively higher reduction rate of iron oxides can be obtained and the slag phase is partially damaged, with significantly high leaching rate of impurities satisfying requirements of rich titanium material for titanium dioxide production by chlorination process.
