摘　　要：通过对广州某通信调度大楼空调系统节能诊断,发现该大楼存在主机效率偏低、水泵流量偏大及扬程偏高、风机能耗过大、运行管理落后等问题。针对以上问题,结合空调节能新技术提出了改造方案。改造后实测年节能率达到了36.8%,每年可节省电耗57万k Wh。Diagnosis for energy- saving of a telecommunication building heating air- conditioning systems in Guangzhou,low efficiency of screw chiller Air- conditioner,high pump and fan energy consumption and poorly managed had been discovered. A modification scheme was put forward for solving the above problems. After the alteration,the measured annual energy saving rate is more than 36. 8% and the electric power consumption decreases 0. 57 million k W per year after.
