摘  要:为减弱爆破产生的地震效应影响且保证爆堆的平均块度控制合理,分别选择孔网参数7.0 m×6.0 m和6.0 m×5.0 m、微差间隔时间20 ms和25 ms进行了微差爆破工程对比测试,并对爆破后装车效果、岩石破碎效率进行了统计分析和地震效应测定。试验表明:与微差间隔时间20 ms相比,微差间隔时间为25ms时,质点振动持续时间与主振相持续时间平均分别提高了15.05%与19.74%以上,地震波峰值错开,且爆堆集中,岩石块度更合理。采取孔网参数7.0 m×6.0 m比6.0 m×5.0 m的单斗装车时间更短。因此择取孔网参数7.0 m×6.0 m、微差间隔时间25 ms可有效地节约生产成本,爆破效果良好。To reduce the blasting seismic effect and to control the rock fragment, the comparative tests of millisecond blasting were performed with hole parameters 7.0 m×6.0 m and 6.0 m × 5.0 m, and time-interval 20 ms and 25 ms. Finally,loading effect and rock fragments results were analyzed and seismic effect was measured. The resuits show that, compared with 20 ms, the duration of particle vibration and main phase of vibration were enhanced more than 15.05% and 19.74%respectively. The peaks of seismic wave were staggered, and the muck pile concentrate and the rock fragmentation were uniform. Moreover, the loading time was shorter by using 7.0 m× 6.0 m hole network parameter than by 6.0 m ×5.0 m. Therefore, the optimal parameters of hole parameter 7.0 m ×6.0 m and time-interval 25 ms were obtained in cost saving and blasting effects.
