摘  要:介绍了爆破清除大型炼铁高炉高温炉瘤的技术和经验。根据高温炉瘤温度高、硬度大、难以钻孔等特点,运用连续冷却水降温法及PVC耐温管爆破筒制作等技术,有效控制了炮孔高温;采用炉外直接钻孔技术,缩短了工期,保证了人员安全。通过爆破技术方案的优化设计、爆破参数的合理选择和可靠的安全防护技术,实现了高温炉瘤的快速清除。The blasting technology of removing iron making furnace accretion was introduced. According to the characteristic of furnace accretion such as high temperature, high hardness and difficuhy in drilling, the method of controlling the temperature of furnace by using uninterrupted cold water and blasting cartridge with PVC temperature resistance tube, the temperature of the blasting hole was effectively controlled. With the technology of directly drilling outside the furnace, the blasting period was shorten and the operation safety was ensured. By choosing proper blasting scheme, reasonable blasting parameters and reliable safe techniques ,the rapid demolition of furnace accretion was realized.
