摘　　要：实验室安全与学校事业的发展密切相关,管理不当,容易造成安全事故。作为管理部门应高度重视其安全性,依据实验室的实际情况制定相应的安全管理制度、安全检查。文章结合近年来高等医学院校实验室安全管理的调研结果,讨论我国高等医学院校实验室安全建设情况,并结合一些国外高校的实验室安全管理经验,对实验室安全管理进行思考并提出实践方案。The laboratory safety is bound up with the development of colleges and universities. Any mismanagement could easily bring the safety accident.The management department should pay more attention to laboratory safety and make proper safety management regulations and safety inspection according to actual situation.Combining the research results of safety management of laboratory in medical colleges and universities in recent years,this paper discusses the safety of laboratory construction in medical colleges and universities in our country,and combining some abroad colleges and universities laboratories safety management experience,this paper also puts forward the practical plan of laboratory safety management.
