升麻萃取物对大鼠离体肠肌运动的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探索升麻提取物对SD大鼠小肠动力影响的有效部位。方法采用SD大鼠小肠平滑肌离体试验,观察升麻水提取物及其氯仿、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取物对平滑肌收缩波形的影响。结果升麻水提物和氯仿萃取部分对试验大鼠离体小肠平滑肌有显著降低基线和幅值的作用,给药前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论升麻水提物具有抑制小肠运动的作用,其主要有效成分存在于氯仿萃取部分。Objective To investigate the effective part of intestinal motility in SD rats by Cimicifuga foetida extracts. Methods Based on the variation of amplitude,frequency and baseline of excised intestinal smooth muscle of rats,the effectiveness of the water extracts of C. foetida,and its chloroform extract,ethyl acetate extract,n- butanol its were compared. Results The water extracts of C. foetida restrained the amplitude, baseline significantly（ P 〈 0. 05）, furthermore its chloroform extract had the same effect. Conclusion The water extracts of C. foetida restrained the movement of the isolated intestinal smooth muscle,and its effective part is chloroform fraction.
