摘  要:目的优选黄芪降浊颗粒的最佳提取工艺。方法采用L9(34)正交试验设计,以黄芪甲苷含量和干膏得率为考察指标,筛选黄芪降浊颗粒的提油和水提的最佳提取工艺。结果优选的黄芪降浊颗粒提油的最佳工艺条件为8倍量的水提取6 h;水提最佳工艺为15倍量水,煎煮3次,每次1 h。结论优选的生产工艺合理、可靠,适合现代化大生产。Objective To investigated the process of the optimum extraction for Huangqijiangzhuo Granules. Methods The L9( 34) orthogonal experiment design was adopted with the Astragaloside Ⅳ content and the dry extract yield as the investigating indexes for screening the optimum process conditions of the Water and Extraction for Huangqijiangzhuo Granules. Results The optimized volatile oil extraction conditions were as follows: adding 8 times the amount of water and extracting for 6 h; the optimized water extraction process conditions were as follows: adding 15 times the amount of water,decocting thrice and 1 h each time. Conclusion The optimize process is reasonable,reliable and suitable for modern mass production.
