非洛地平联用依那普利治疗轻中度高血压病32例

摘　　要：目的探讨非洛地平联用依那普利治疗轻、中度高血压患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择2013年1月至2014年6月医院收治的64例轻、中度高血压患者,随机均分为两组,其中对照组予非洛地平缓释片5 mg,每日1次;观察组在对照组基础上加用马来酸依那普利片20 mg,每日1次。两组均持续用药4周。结果治疗4周后,观察组总有效率为90.63%,高于对照组的84.38%,且降血压幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。两组降血压作用较治疗前均有显著性差异(P<0.01),观察组与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。两组均未出现严重不良反应。结论非洛地平联用依那普利较单用非洛地平更能有效控制轻、中度高血压患者的血压。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of felodipine combined with enalapril in treating patients with mild and moderate hypertension. Methods 64 cases of mild and moderate hypertension in the hospital from January 2013 to June 2014 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated only by Felodipine Sustained Release Tablets 5 mg,qd,and the observation group was given Felodipine Sustained Release Tablets 5 mg,qd,combined with Enalapril Maleate Tablets 20 mg,qd. The two groups were treated for 4 weeks. Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was90. 63%,which was significantly higher than 84. 38% of the control group,and the range of lowering blood pressure in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The efficiency on lowering blood pressure in both groups was statistically significant than that before the treatment（ P 〈 0. 01）,and the difference between the two groups was significant（ P 〈 0. 01）.Heart rates were not changed obviously and there were no serious side- effect during both groups. Conclusion Felodipine combined with enalapril was more effective than felodipine only on controlling the blood pressure in patients with mild and moderate hypertension.
