护理干预联合聚维酮碘及利福平粉外用暴露疗法治疗Ⅱ度烧伤25例

摘　　要：目的观察护理干预对聚维酮碘及利福平粉外用暴露疗法治疗Ⅱ度烧伤的临床疗效。方法选取2014年1月至2015年8月收治的50例Ⅱ度烧伤患者,均给予聚维酮碘及利福平粉外用暴露疗法治疗,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组(常规护理)和观察组(护理干预),各25例。结果与对照组相比,观察组治疗的总有效率明显增高,愈合时间显著缩短(P<0.05),生活质量各维度得分及总分均明显增高(P<0.05),对护理服务满意度明显提升(P<0.05)。结论在聚维酮碘及利福平粉外用暴露疗法治疗Ⅱ度烧伤期间,护理干预能够明显提高临床疗效,改善患者生活质量及满意度,值得临床推广。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of nursing intervention combined with povidone iodine and rifampicin powder exposure therapy in treating Ⅱ° burns. Methods 50 cases of patients with Ⅱ° burns treated by the exposure therapy of povidone iodine combined with rifampicin powder from Jan 2014 to August 2015 were divided into the control group（ routine nursing） and the observation group（ nursing intervention） according to the random number method, 25 cases in each group. Results Compared with the control group, the total effective rate of treatment was significantly increased and the healing time was obviously reduced in the observation group（ P 〈 0. 05）; the each dimension score and total scores of life quality were significantly increased in the observation group（ P 〈 0. 05）;the patients’ satisfaction degree for nursing service was significantly improved in the observation group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion During the exposure therapy of povidone iodine combined with rifampicin powder,the nursing intervention can significantly the clinical efficacy of treatment and improve the patients’ life quality and the nursing satisfaction degree,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
