护理干预用于甲强龙联合喘定持续静脉输入治疗重症哮喘67例

摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预在甲强龙联合喘定持续静脉输入治疗重症哮喘中的应用效果。方法选取医院2013年5月至2015年5月急诊重症医学科收治的134例重症哮喘患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各67例。两组患者均采用补液、纠正水电解质,应用甲强龙联合喘定持续静脉输入治疗方法。对照组予急诊重症医学科常规护理,观察组患者在此基础上联合综合性护理措施。结果观察组患者重症哮喘总有效率为89.55%,明显高于对照组的67.16%(P<0.05);观察组患者护理后生活质量评分为(68.25±6.23)分,明显高于对照组的(53.17±6.17)分(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论甲强龙联合喘定持续静脉输入治疗重症哮喘过程中配合综合性护理措施,可明显提高疗效、患者生活质量及护理满意度,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention in the use of methylprednisolone combined dyphylline continuous intravenous infusion in treating severe asthma. Methods 134 cases of severe asthma patients from May 2013 to May 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,67 cases in each group. The two groups were treated by rehydration and correcting water- electrolyte,as well as the methylprednisolone combined with diprophylline continuous intravenous treatment.The control group was given emergency medicine routine nursing,while on this basis the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing measures. Results The total effective rate was 89. 55% in the observation group,which was obviously higher than 67. 16%in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）; the life quality score of the observation group was（ 68. 25 ± 6. 23）,which was significantly higher than（ 53. 17 ± 6. 17） of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）; the nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion During the process of methylprednisolone combined with diprophylline continuous intravenous infusion for severe asthma,comprehensive nursing measures plays a crucial role in the outcome of asthma,and can improve the efficacy as well as the nursing satisfaction rate,which is worthy of clinical application.
