旋覆代赭汤的中医临床应用思考

摘　　要：目前对于旋覆代赭汤应用的论述,主要集中于代赭石剂量究竟是大量还是小量应用,代赭石的炮制是煅用还是生用,旋覆花是否需要包煎,旋覆代赭汤的最佳煎煮工艺及服用方法等方面。通过临床观察,跟师体会,结合古今医家名著及临床报道,进行分析归纳总结,从代赭石的使用,旋覆代赭汤的煎煮时间,加减应用及后续治疗几个方面加以探讨,以期对该方的临床应用有所帮助。The current clinical application of Xuanfu Daizhe decoction, focusing on the dose and processing of hematitum, inula whether you need spend package fried, the best decoction soup process and method, etc. Through clinical observation, experience with division, combination of ancient and modem physicians classics and clinical reports, make a comprehensive analysis and sum up, from the use of haematitum, Xuanfu Daizhe decoction time, add and subtract several aspects, and subsequent treatment is discussed, in order to provide help for the clinical application, welcome expert guidance.
