摘 要:本研究通过对禽流感不同亚型间交叉血凝抑制试验(HI),分析其常见不同亚型及同一亚型不同毒株间HI交叉反应情况。试验结果表明,禽流感H5、H7和H9亚型中HI交叉保护极低,甚至可以忽略不计,而同一亚型不同毒株间HI交叉反应也表现出较大差异。H5Re-4抗原与H5Re-6、H5Re-7血清HI交叉反应为40%;H5Re-6抗原与Re-4 HI交叉反应约为77.8%,与H5Re-7血清HI交叉反应仅为11%;H5Re-7抗原与H5Re-4血清HI交叉反应约为77.8%,与Re-6血清HI交叉反应约为55.6%。H7N9抗原与与H7 HI交叉反应约为88.9%,而H7抗原与H7N9 HI交叉反应约为71%。上述数据表明,禽流感免疫时不同亚型的禽流感疫苗并不能互相代替,即使同一亚型不同株疫苗(如H5Re-6与Re-7株疫苗)由于免疫特异性关系也需要采取针对性疫苗免疫措施。The aim of this study is to evaluate the HI cross-reactivity of H5、H7 and H9 avian influenza subtypes and different strains of the same subtypes. The results showed that the H5,H7 and H9 had a very low HI cross reaction between different subtypes,and the HI reaction between different strains of the same subtype showed great differences. The HI cross response of H5Re-4antigen and H5Re-6,H5Re-7 positive serum was 40%; H5Re-6 antigen and H5Re-4 positive serum was 77.8%,and H5Re-7 positive serum was 11%; H5Re-7 antigen and H5Re-4 and H5Re-6 positive serum were 77.8% and 55.6%. The HI cross reaction of H7N9 antigen and H7 positive serum were 88.9%,on the contrary H7 and H7N9 were 71%. The data suggested that avian influenza vaccine can not be replaced,even if vaccine with the same subtype but different strains(such as H5Re-6 and Re-7 vaccine) also need a targeted vaccine immune measures.
