摘 要:目的 探讨通过多个血常规项目简便推断死亡时间的可行性。方法 采集12名健康捐血者全血各40 m L,分装后保存于25℃的恒温箱中,以4 h间隔取血样,使用血液分析仪测定平均红细胞体积等6种血常规项目,同时采用生物发光法检测红细胞ATP含量,各项目进行统计学分析,推导线性回归方程,同时6种项目合并推导联合方程,然后计算各回归方程和联合方程在各时间点的偏离时间。结果 6种血常规项目其r2为0.7-0.8,明显低于ATP指标的0.9126和联合方程的0.9663;6种血常规项目的平均偏离时间均在2.5 h以上,远高于ATP项目的1.86 h和联合方程的1.35 h。结论 6种血常规项目联合使用可以简便准确地推断死亡时间,提示多指标联合应用是研究死亡时间推断的重要方向。Objective To evaluate the feasibility of using routine blood projects to easily determine the postmortem in- terval (PMI). Methods 40 mL blood collected from 12 healthy donors were stored at 25℃ respectively. Technical pa- rameters as 6 kinds of routine blood projects were tested by automated hematology analyzer every 4 hours, while ATP content in RBCs was tested using bioluminescence assay. By statistical analysis, the regression equations of each pa- rameter, the combining equation of 6 kinds of routine blood projects, and the deviations of time point were obtained. Results The r2 ranged from 0.7-0.8 between the 6 kinds of routine blood projects, which were signally lower than that of the ATP content in RBCs or of the combining equation (r2 was 0.9126 and 0.9663, respectively). The mean time de- viation was more than 2.5 h in the 6 kinds of the routine blood projects group, 1.86 h in the ATP group and 1.35 h in the combining equation group. Conclusion The combining equation of 6 kinds of routine blood projects may be easilyand quickly used as the relatively objective parameter for PMI estimation, which indicates that the muhi- parameter comprehensive evaluation method should be studied on determine the PMI
