虎力散胶囊联合盐酸氨基葡萄糖片治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的效果及安全性  

Effect and safety of Hulisan Capsules combined with Glucosamine Hydrochloride Tablets in the treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis

摘　　要：目的 探讨虎力散胶囊联合盐酸氨基葡萄糖片治疗膝关节骨性关节炎（KOA）的临床效果及其安全性。方法纳入2013年10月-2015年5月于北京军区总医院第三门诊部就诊的70例KOA患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为两组,各35例。观察组给予虎力散胶囊联合盐酸氨基葡萄糖片治疗,对照组给予盐酸氨基葡萄糖片治疗。观察两组临床疗效以及治疗前后的关节疼痛症状评分、膝关节功能评分,并记录不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率为82.85%（29/35）,对照组总有效率为62.86%（22/35）,两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组治疗后疼痛症状评分比较,观察组视觉模拟评分（VAS）为（2.46±0.65）分,对照组VAS评分为（3.09±1.30）分,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组治疗后膝关节功能评分比较,观察组Lysholm评分为（72.63±16.19）分,对照组Lysholm评分为（62.17±15.76）分,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组不良反应均较轻,观察组不良反应发生率为8.57%（3/35）,对照组不良反应发生率为11.43%（4/35）,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论 虎力散胶囊联合盐酸氨基葡萄糖片治疗KOA安全有效,能够缓解关节疼痛等临床表现,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Hulisan Capsules combined with Glucosamine Hydrochloride Tablets in the treataent of patients with knee osteoarthritis （KOA）. Methods Total of 70 cases of patients with KOA coming from the Third Out-patient Department of Beijing Military General Hospital from October 2013 to May 2015 were enrolled and divided into two groups by random number table, with 35 cases in each group. The observation group was given Hulisan Capsules combined with Glucosamine Hydrochloride Tablets, and the control group was treated with Glucosamine HydrochiLoride Tablets. The clinical effect, the scores of joint pain and knee joint function be- fore and after treatment in the two groups were observed, and the side effects were recorded. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of observation group was 82.85% （29/35）, which of control group was 62.86% （22/35）, there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. The comparison of the scores of joint pain after treatment between the two groups showed tha：t, the visual analogue scale （VAS） of observation group was （2.46±0.65） points, which of control group was （3.09±1.30） points, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The comparison of the scores of knee joint function between the two groups showed that, the Lysholm value of observation group was （72.63±16.19） points, which of control group was （62.17±15.76） points, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The degree of ad- verse reactions in the two groups was relatively minor, the incidence of observation group was 8.57% （3/35）, which of con- trol group was 11.43% （4/35）, the difference was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）.
