经皮穿刺椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体骨折骨不愈合的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探析经皮穿刺椎体成形术(PVP)治疗骨质疏松性椎体骨折骨不愈合的效果。方法选取100例骨质疏松性椎体骨折不愈合患者,均采取PVP治疗,在C臂X线机下进行手术,对比术前、Beck(术后后缘高度比值)、Cobb(脊柱后凸畸形角),并通过VAS评分进行手术效果评估。结果对患者进行一年的随访,术前VAS评分(8.6±1.3)分,术后1年(2.0±0.4)分;术前Beck值(28.0±4.6),术后1年(74.8±4.5);Cobb值(度)术前(27.3±2.1),术后1年(13.9±1.6),各项指标与术前比较均优,比较差异P<0.05。结论 PVP治疗骨质疏松性椎体骨折骨不愈合的效果较好,促进骨折愈合,缓解疼痛。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of PVP treatment of osteoporotic vertebral fracture nonunion. Methods Selected 100 cases of osteoporotic vertebral fracture nonunion patients took PVP treatment,surgery in the C-arm X-ray machine,before surgery contrast,Beck（after surgery edge height ratio）,Cobb（kyphosis angle）,and the effect of surgery assessed by VAS score. Results Patients were followed up for one year,preoperative VAS score（8.6±1.3）points,one year after surgery（2.0±0.4）points,Beck preoperative values（28.0±4.6）,one year after surgery（74.8±4.5）,Cobb value（degrees）preoperatively（27.3±2.1）,one year after surgery（13.9±1.6）,before the indicators are excellent comparison with the preoperative,the difference P 0.05. Conclusion PVP treatment of osteoporotic vertebral fracture nonunion better,promote healing,relieve pain.
