2型糖尿病患者应用利拉鲁肽联合二甲双胍治疗的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨利拉鲁肽联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病患者临床效果。方法抽选99例2型糖尿病患者随机分为观察组(49例)和对照组(50例),对照组给予二甲双胍治疗,观察组给予利拉鲁肽联合二甲双胍治疗,对比两组患者疗效差异。结果观察组患者治疗后空腹血糖浓度、餐后2 h血糖浓度及胰岛素敏感指数相较对照组更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利拉鲁肽联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病患者效果显著,能够有效降低患者体内血糖浓度。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of liraglutide combined with metformin in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods Selected 99 cases of type 2 diabetic patients were randomly divided into observation group（49 cases）and control group（50 cases）,the control group was given metformin treatment,the observation group was treated with liraglutide combined with metformin,comparing the differences between the two groups of patients. Results The fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 h blood glucose concentration and insulin sensitivity index were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group,the difference was significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion Liraglutide combined with metformin was effective in the treatment of type 2 diabetic patients,can effectively reduce blood glucose concentration in patients.
