结肠途径治疗机中药灌洗治疗慢性肝炎高黄疸的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察结肠途径治疗机中药灌洗治疗慢性肝炎高黄疸的临床效果。方法选择我院收治的128例慢性肝炎高黄疸患者作为观察对象,采用随机分组的方式将128例患者分成对照组与实验组,每组各64例,对照组采用常规治疗,实验组患者在对照组基础上加用结肠途径治疗机中药灌洗进行治疗。结果对照组慢性肝炎高黄疸患者临床疗效(78.13%)低于实验组慢性肝炎高黄疸患者的临床疗效(95.31%)。结论针对慢性肝炎高黄疸患者采用结肠途径治疗机中药灌洗治疗的临床疗效较为显著,安全可靠。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of colon therapy system to chinese medicine lavage in the traetment of chronic hepatitis with high jaundice. Methods 128 patients with chronic hepatitis in our hospital were selected as the observation object,the random grouping of 128 patients were divided into control group and experimental group,64 cases in each group,the control group was treated with routine treatment,and the experimental group was treated with the traditional chinese medicine. Results The clinical efficacy of the control group（78.13%）was significantly lower than that in the experimental group（95.31%）. Conclusion In The treatment of chronic hepatitis B patients with high jaundice by using colon way of treatment of traditional chinese medicine treatment of clinical efficacy is more significant,safe and reliable.
